The best AI systems begin with a business worth understanding.

I learn how the work really moves. Then I build what moves it forward.

I help businesses become more efficient, easier to run, and better prepared for what comes next. That might mean a clearer operating system, stronger sales execution, cleaner handoffs, better visibility, or workflows that give capable people their time back.

My approach comes from a decade across consulting, sales, operations, production planning, customer service, and real estate—including more than eight years inside corporate manufacturing. I have worked where forecasts, inventory, service, revenue, and cross-functional decisions meet, so I understand that a solution has to survive real deadlines, real people, and real operating pressure.

That is why I take the deep dive first. I learn how the business runs, where work slows down, what keeps getting repeated, and what the team is trying to accomplish. Then I design AI, automation, and practical workflows around those goals—with clear ownership, sensible guardrails, and a system people can actually use.

I am not here to hand you a weekend summit and disappear. I stay in the work: diagnosing, building, testing, refining, and helping carry the solution from the first conversation into daily operation.

If you want a partner who can see both the business objective and the handoff breaking three steps below it, let’s talk.
